Clarification!!

I will happily give the Holy Gifts, in church from the Reserved Sacrament, by appointment to anyone who asks.

The Very Reverend and Reverend Fathers of our God-protected Archdiocese,

 

Grace and peace be unto you all.

 

It has come to my attention my email of 17th March 2020 has not been understood as it was intended.

 

All services during the week are to be cancelled with the one exception of the Sunday Liturgy.

 

The Sunday Liturgy is to have only the clergy along with one chanter and one server present; the faithful are to remain in their homes and to pray with their families. The clergy, along with only the two others present, are to pray "on behalf of all and for all."

 

This directive is to be strictly observed by each and every community within our Archdiocese until Saturday 4th April 2020, by which time we shall review it in consultation with His Beatitude and the Metropolitans of the Antiochian See.

 

These are challenging times, and I encourage you all to increase your prayer before the Lord that he may have mercy on his entire world.
